We want you to love your CuylesCustoms apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Since our products are print-on-demand through Etsy, returns and exchanges are handled according to Etsy's policies and our specific shop guidelines.

- Defective Products: Items with printing errors, misprints, or manufacturing defects
- Wrong Item: If you received an incorrect product
- Damaged in Transit: Items that arrived damaged or defective

- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)

Return Process

If you need to return or exchange an item:
- Go to your Etsy purchase history
- Find your CuylesCustoms order
- Click "Help with order"
- Select the appropriate issue
- Provide photos if the item is defective or damaged
Step 2: Return Authorization
We'll review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we'll provide:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping instructions
- Information about refund or replacement options
Step 3: Ship the Item
Once authorized:
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship to the address provided (typically determined by Etsy)
- Keep your tracking number
Refunds
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll process the refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued through Etsy to your original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Refund Amount
- Defective/Wrong Item: Full refund including original shipping
- Change of Mind: Refund of product cost (shipping not refunded)

Exchanges
If you need a different size or style:

- We'll arrange an exchange if the item is in stock
- For defective items, we'll cover return shipping

Care Instructions
To maintain the quality of your CuylesCustoms apparel:
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Tumble dry low heat
- Do not bleach
- Iron on low heat (avoid the printed design)
Products damaged due to improper care are not eligible for return.
